Works as VP for Technical Operations. Before joining NCGR, he worked as Director of IT Operations, including IT and resource planning systems (ERP) at the Saudi Military Industries. From 2021 to late 2022, he was the Director General of Digital Infrastructure at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2017-2021, he was Assistant VP for Infrastructure at Tamkeen Technologies. From 2004 to 2017, he worked in several technical and administrative positions at the National Information Center, the last of which was Director of Distributed Systems Management from 2013 to 2017. Through his 19-year experience, he contributed to the success of many national projects and initiatives in multiple technical fields. He holds a BA in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, an MA in Information Security from the University of Birmingham, and an MBA from the University of Aberdeen in the UK.
Academic Credentials: BA in IT from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, MA in Public Administration from King Saud University. Obtained several certificates from prominent international universities and institutes specializing in leadership and strategy, such as INSEAD. Experience: 13 years of experience in IT and digital transformation in public finance and national development funds. Participated in establishing and managing many pivotal national projects that contributed to the digital transformation of KSA's finance sector, such as the Etimad platform, Sarf system, and a government revenue collection system, among other national projects. Member of a number of digital transformation committees in government agencies and the finance and banking sector Prominent Achievements at NCGR: Participated in the founding of the National Center for Government Resources Systems, the founding and launch of the Business Performance Support Center, and the founding of the Training and Knowledge Center for beneficiaries of the services of the country's national systems. Also established the Beneficiary Support Center (Etimad) in the Ministry of Finance and the NCGR and the financial system to support and empower more than 600 government agencies and more than 100,000 beneficiaries. Established and managed commercial models and financial returns for the Center's products and services.
