About Us
An independent governmental center established by a Cabinet Decision issued on Rajab 4,1442 AH, February 16, 2021 AD. The decision was issued to transform the National Systems Deputy at the Ministry of Finance into an independent center Named "The National Center for Government Resource Systems" in order to achieve positive impact on Saudi Arabia’s economy. It aims to increase the efficiency of the financial sector to overcome challenges and contributes in enhance the quality of the government financial e-services for the beneficiaries. Furthermore, the center participates in enhancing innovation through utilizing modern technologies, supporting small and medium enterprises and local content, increasing competitiveness and providing opportunities, improving the beneficiaries' experience and measuring performance indicators. Additionally, standardizing Procedures and integration between beneficiaries.

The National Center for Government Resource Systems achieved advanced maturity levels in institutional excellence.
The National Center for Government Resource Systems achieved advanced maturity levels in institutional excellence, earning two internationally accredited certifications from the P3M3 model issued by the British organization Axelos. The Center attained Level 5 in Project Management maturity—the highest level in the model—in addition to achieving Level 4 in Programme Management and Portfolio Management maturity. This accomplishment reflects the Center’s commitment to applying global best practices and delivering a meaningful impact on the efficiency of government performance.

The National Center for Government Resource Systems signed an agreement with Sehati to provide an invoice claims submission service.
As part of digital development and the enhancement of technical integration between systems, the National Center for Government Resource Systems and Sehati for Information Services signed an agreement to provide an invoice claims submission service through the Etimad platform. This initiative contributes to strengthening technical integration and supporting digital transformation in alignment with the objectives of Vision 2030.

The National Center for Government Resource Systems achieved 21st place in innovation and 2nd place in the Digital Transformation Index for 2025.
The National Center for Government Resources Systems has crowned its digital efforts by ranking 21st among top government entities, achieving the Innovation Stage with a score of 90.93% in the 2025 Digital Transformation Index. The Center also ranked 2nd among the top 15 government entities in the technology, transportation, and media sector. Moreover, the Center ranked among the highest-performing government entities in digital transformation for 2025, achieving the Innovation Stage (90.93%), securing 21st place overall, and 3rd place as one of the top 10 government entities in the technology, transportation, and media domain.
