​The National Center for Government Resources Systems launched the "Business Performance Support Center", which aims to monitor business performance indicators and export data and reports to increase the performance level and achieve goals. It takes part of the NCGR's efforts to promote digital transformation of the government resources management, in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives.

His Excellency, the Chairman of the Steering Committee at the Ministry of Finance and the Board member of the National Center for Government Resources Systems, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Fraih, explained that the launch of "Business Performance Support Center" comes in line with the tools required for the next phase of increasing the progression and performance quality levels in the country's financial system. This which contributes to the continued realization of the Kingdom's vision 2030.

The Assistant Minister of Finance for Financial Affairs, member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Government Resources Systems, Yasser Al-Quhaidan, stressed the importance of the "Business Performance Support Center" role in achieving the objectives of the financial ecosystem through the modernization of procedures and processes. Moreover, improving performance by empowering business owners in all parties.

The CEO of the National Center for Government Resource Systems, Engineer Yousef Al-Harqan, stated that the "Business Performance Support Center" constitutes a digital infrastructure that contributes to providing accurate data and high-quality reports to support decision-making, facilitating government procedures, unifying and controlling procedures and standards, and empowering regulatory and supervisory authorities. Noting that the main objective of establishing the support center is to measure and follow up performance indicators; In order to raise the level of performance in the work of the financial system and achieve higher levels of transparency and control.

He added: "The tasks of the support center are to prepare reports on the results of business performance, which can be employed in reviewing, improving and developing services by measuring performance and satisfaction of beneficiaries, in addition to supporting the relevant authorities and partners of the center in implementing their work according to indicators and reports that contribute to ensuring the achievement of goals, It also falls within the tasks of the Business Performance Support Center: analyzing and identifying the challenges facing entities, and spreading a culture of measuring, reviewing and improving business performance.

It is noteworthy that the launch of the "Business Performance Support Center" comes within the commitment of the National Center for Government Resources Systems to provide innovative solutions to raise the level of quality of services to beneficiaries and to continue promoting digital transformation in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.​
