Mr.  Mohammed Abdulaziz Almousa

 VP of Strategy & Enterprise Excellence

He holds a Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of Wolverhampton in the UK, and also holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration from Coventry University in the UK, and a BA in Business Administration and Finance from King Saud University in Riyadh. He began his career at Huawei Technology Company as a salesman in business sector, where he took over the government sector portfolio, then in 2015 he moved to STC (Solutions) as a key government accounts manager, where he contributed for implementation of a number of technology projects for government sectors. In late of 2018, he moved to work at the General Authority for Awqaf as Director of the Partnerships Department, where he worked to establish and operate the department, in addition he was leading a number of Vision 2030, and launching number of community initiatives. In 2021, he began another journey by joining the National Center for Government Resource Systems as Director of the Strategic Partnerships Department, through which he established the department and build the operating model for it, and activated committees and joint initiatives with partners. In October 2023, he been assigned as an Acting VP of the Strategy and Enterprise Excellence Sector, which he manages the execution of the strategy, implementing and governing projects, managing the relationship with partners, as well as to working on the NCGR operating excellence model.
